Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

• Standard Shipping:
  Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or peak periods.

Courier Service

Orders are shipped via trusted New Zealand courier services. Once dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the courier.

Rural Deliveries

Rural deliveries may take an additional 1–2 business days beyond standard delivery times.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available, it will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
